Hello! If you are a veteran or supporter of veterans please don't hesitate to come to this yoga class at the John Lyon VFW in Arlington, Virginia. The class is for everybody, just like yoga is for everybody. No expectations. No judgement. No competition with anyone, especially yourself.

For sure, losing things like your keys, wallet, or iPhone really stinks and is stressful. Been there. In yoga, there is actually a good thing we actually work to lose - our ego. The focus of our August 4th class will be letting go of ego while enhancing our capacity for love. Love of ourselves and of everybody and everything around us.
